Doing Business with the State
The Vendor Handbook (2014 edition, PDF) is provided by Department of Administration's General Services Division. It introduces vendors to the procedures governing the purchases of supplies and services by the State and explains the standard terms and conditions applicable to the procurement process. Prospective vendors are encouraged to refer to this document for complete information on conducting business with the State.

Register your business as a Vendor at the State's Online Vendor Registration site. The online registration process allows a vendor to register and maintain their business information in a few simple steps. There are no fees required for vendor registration.
As part of the vendor registration process, you will be required to indicate which quote groups and items your company is interested in supplying. A complete list of quote groups and items can be found here.
A new feature of the online vendor list is email notification of solicitation opportunities. Vendors will receive automatic email notification of solicitations matching quote group items indicated in your vendor profile.
