The State launched a new, state of the art, vendor registration and bids/proposals system (eMACS) in July 2015! This system provides vendor registration and electronic bid notification to all registered vendors. eMACS replaces OneStop Vendor Information with new features, such as online bidding, electronic reminders and notifications, and document submittal capabilities.
